We want you to love your Albaray pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are securely attached and the parcel is sealed.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through our portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
